Agreement Between You and winbtd

Opening and Maintaining a winbtd Account

You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawal requests above specified thresholds are processed. winbtd reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
Financial Transactions on winbtd
All financial transactions on the winbtd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits into and withdrawals from your winbtd wallet.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. winbtd reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods and will publish any such changes on the Platform's Payments information page prior to implementation.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit under standard account status; however, winbtd reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence reviews to withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in aggregate within any rolling 7-day period.
4.3 Accepted Payment Methods
winbtd currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (bank transfer), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary. winbtd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times
Standard mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements. Bank transfer withdrawals (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3 to 5 business days.
4.5 Deposit Ownership
You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. winbtd will return funds to the original payment source if a third-party deposit is identified and may suspend the account pending investigation.
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
winbtd offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting calendar (BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and others). 5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Changes and Cancellation of Promotions
winbtd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after bonus funds have been credited but before wagering requirements are met, winbtd will remove the bonus balance and return any qualifying real-money deposit to the player's wallet.
Rules Governing Wagers and Game Play
The following general rules apply to all sportsbook wagers and casino game sessions conducted on the winbtd Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules supplement these general terms where applicable.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A wager is only confirmed and binding once winbtd's system issues a confirmation reference number for that bet. Bets placed during a system outage, during a temporary suspension of a market, or after a market has been closed are void. winbtd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including bets placed based on erroneous odds.
6.2 Erroneous Odds and Pricing Errors
Where odds or payout rates are published on the Platform as a result of a manifest error (palpable error), winbtd reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous prices and to pay winning bets at the correct odds or at the odds that would have been quoted absent the error. winbtd will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors promptly.
6.3 Match Integrity and Suspicious Activity
winbtd cooperates with sports governing bodies to protect the integrity of sporting events. winbtd reserves the right to suspend or void markets, withhold payment of winnings, and report suspicious betting activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated irregular betting patterns.
6.4 Jackpots and Progressive Prizes
Where a jackpot prize is won, winbtd reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the winning session before releasing funds. Technical malfunctions during a jackpot event (including network disconnection, game server failure, or client-side errors) void the jackpot outcome for that session. winbtd will credit the equivalent of the interrupted session's stake to the player's wallet.
Activities Strictly Forbidden on the Platform
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbtd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
- Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether under the same or a different identity.
- Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with Platform features in any non-human manner.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering) or using the Platform to conceal the origin of funds.
- Placing bets using inside information relating to the outcome of a sporting event, or in coordination with any person who possesses such information.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party, or allowing a third party to operate your winbtd account on your behalf.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying systems of the winbtd Platform.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game glitches, or promotional errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documentation during the KYC verification process.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at winbtd staff or other players.
winbtd's Liability to Players
8.1 Platform Availability
winbtd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, winbtd does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet service provider outages, or events outside winbtd's reasonable control (force majeure).
8.2 Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winbtd's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
winbtd expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if winbtd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
8.4 Player Responsibility for Gambling Decisions
All betting and gaming decisions made by a player on the winbtd Platform are made voluntarily and at the player's sole risk. winbtd does not accept liability for losses incurred through gameplay. winbtd encourages all players to set personal deposit limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.
Ownership of winbtd Content
All content on the winbtd Platform, including but not limited to the winbtd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data structures, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of winbtd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any winbtd content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of winbtd intellectual property may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Player Protection Obligations

11.1 Age Verification

Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
